DraftKings Brings Daily Fantasy Sports Products to Iowa

The residents of Iowa have gained access to DFS products for the first time by ing a legislation that allows operators to offer fantasy contests within its territory. Among the first providers of these accelerated sports betting variants is DraftKings, an American service with headquarters in Boston, MA.

Following the announcement on October 25th, that allows customers in the Hawkeye State to millions of s already using the app, Iowans are free to experience the company’s broad selection of DFS products, covering contests across 13 sports such as NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NASCAR and more.

Iowa s More Than 40 Other US States

After the launch of DraftKings’ platform on the territory, sports fans in Iowa will more than 40 other states across the country, already competing in various contests online or by ing the app.

The provider also offers services outside the US in eight different countries, confirming its global reach and reputation as one of the leading sports, technology and entertainment giants.

Innovations Available to Iowans

As part of the launch within its territory’s borders, Iowans will not only gain access to various daily fantasy sports products but multiple innovations the provider has recently introduced to its customers.

Apart from taking the advantage of industry changing upgrades in of betting on DFS, players will enjoy an optimized customer experience at all skill levels.

To explain, the fantasy sports provider has established the Fair Play Commitment Initiative, ensuring a level playing field by interdicting top-earning participants and pros to enter casual or novice contests.

Furthermore, it has created Leagues, allowing players to start a fully-customizable, private contest with their friends or teammates. As a reminder, the National Football League (NFL) recently signed a landmark deal with the provider.
