ORYX Gaming, a part of the Bragg Gaming Company, has introduced its new Player Engagement Platform that will boost its gamification.
The Platform combined a number of functionalities that work together to increase player engagement and customer lifetime value. It also includes a set of targeted promotions, such as additional spins, bonuses, jackpots, leaderboards and tournaments.
It incorporates a multi-channel communication platform, ing the traditional campaign channels such as SMS, email and social media. Furthermore, it features a real-time campaign management system, taking the platform to the next level as it allows operators to engage players onsite in real-time.
Thanks to the real-time campaign system, operators will be able to automatically trigger a reaction to players’ online activity and offer tailored promotions based on their actions, which will ensure maximum player engagement and experience.
The recently launched ORYX Data Analytics Platform is used to power the platform. Real-time data is collected in the Data Analytics platform and it is being processed to the ORYX iGaming Platform, the ORYX Hub and the ORYX Sportsbook, as well as external sources such as third-party player management systems.
The ORYX Player Engagement Platform is not platform-dependent and can be integrated into third-party Player Engagement Systems or as an extension to the ORYX iGaming Platform.
Representatives from ORYX, which recently entered a partnership with SkillOnNet, say that it is important how the data is being used and that the platform puts data in the right form and makes it easy to use, enabling targeting and personalized marketing.
