Greentube Launches StarGames in

German market. Greentube has applied for a nationwide license in the newly regulated market. The new regulations are set to go into effect in July 2021.

Greentube’s StarGames has been present in the German market, more specifically in the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein. StarGames is taking all the necessary steps to meet the compliance requirements from the Responsible Gaming guidelines and promote social responsibility and minimize gambling-related harm. The new regulations include a reality-check functionality, five second spin intervals, cooling-off periods, a monthly deposit limit, stake and time limits. The autoplay feature for progressive jackpots has been banned.

Representatives from Greentube, which recently upgraded its player protection, say that they are excited about being able to operate in and that they are looking forward to delivering the best products and entertainment to players in Schleswig-Holstein.

Greentube is also applying for a license with the Malta Gaming Authority. The provider is also making plans to apply for an online German license as soon as that is possible.
