William Hill’s Mobile Sports Book Launched in Washington DC

Caesars Takeover Agreement

…William Hill’s shareholders and Caesars Entertainment reached the agreement regarding the takeover completion.

The stakeholders have voted in favor of takeover that will see Caesar acquire 1.08 billion shares valued at GBP 2.72 each.

Caesars’ CEO Tom Reed said that continues to work towards satisfying the remaining regulatory conditions and look forward to completing the transaction next year and integrating William Hill US into our Caesars sports betting and iGaming franchise.
