IGT PlaySports Platform to Supply FanDuel SportsBook in Virginia

International Game Technology PLC has just informed the public that its powerful PlaySports platform will power FanDuel Group’s sportsbook mobile app in the state of Virginia.

IGT and FanDuel Group have ed forces to provide cutting-edge sports betting solutions in 12 American states.

International Game Technology has been a platform provider to FanDuel Sportsbooks since 2018. It is also a supplier to one of the most famous sportsbooks in the US, Meadowlands Racing and Entertainment in East Rutherford, N.J. Only recently, IGT and FanDuel Group have concluded an agreement, allowing the IGT sportsbook platform to become the exclusive retail provider for the U.S. market.

Thanks to the new agreement, Virginia will become one of the latest states to offer the FanDuel Sportsbook app. As a reminder, New Jersey, Tennessee, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Indiana, Illinois and Iowa already offer the same solution to players across the US.
