The independent trade association, dedicated to advancing responsible gaming practices, welcomed Bally’s to its mission of enhancing industry standards and empowering consumers to make informed decisions about their online gaming activities.

Promoting Responsible Gaming Through Collaboration

As a founding member, Bally’s Corporation will collaborate with ROGA’s existing , including bet365, FanDuel, Hard Rock Digital, and PENN Entertainment. This collective effort aims to fund independent peer-reviewed research, develop evidence-based, responsible gaming best practices, and drive consumer education and awareness.

Dr. Jennifer Shatley, the executive director of ROGA, expressed her enthusiasm about Bally’s ing the association. A Milestone for Bally’s Corporation

Bally’s Corporation’s participation in ROGA is a notable milestone in its ongoing commitment to responsible gaming. The company owns and manages 15 casinos across ten states and holds online sports betting licenses in 18 states. Additionally, Bally’s owns Bally’s Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, and its sportsbook Bally Bet and Bally Casino.

Recently, Bally’s partnered with Ruby Seven Studios to strong financial performance in the first quarter of 2024, reporting a 3.3% increase in revenue to $618.5 million. Its Casino and Resorts and North America Interactive segments drove this growth, which saw a 70% year-on-year increase to $41.5 million.

ROGA’s Vision for the Future

Under the leadership of Dr. Jennifer Shatley, ROGA aims to facilitate widespread education on responsible gaming. Dr. Shatley, who also serves as the President of the Nevada Council on Problem Gambling and a National Council on Problem Gambling member, emphasized the importance of this collaboration.
