This marks a significant milestone for the company as it begins offering its innovative, fast-paced betting products to licensed operators in the state.
With this approval, BETER can now supply real-time data and live streaming services to licensed gaming operators across New Jersey, allowing them to provide continuous, high-speed betting experiences to their players.
The first product approved by the New Jersey DGE is BETER’s flagship Setka Cup table tennis tournaments. This marks the beginning of BETER’s U.S. expansion, as it plans to offer more of its popular esports and sports betting products in other U.S. states soon.
BETER organizes more than 11,000 Setka Cup matches each month across 16 arenas worldwide, with over 30 betting markets per event. These fast-paced tournaments are closely monitored 24/7 by BETER’s dedicated integrity team, ensuring the highest standards of fairness and transparency.
Alongside Setka Cup, BETER also hosts over 46,000 events monthly, including esports and traditional sports disciplines. Its extensive portfolio features popular tournaments in eFootball, eBasketball, and eHockey, among others, with new disciplines set for release later in 2025.
Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER, expressed enthusiasm about the company’s U.S. expansion:
“This is a milestone moment for the BETER team, as we see tremendous potential for our fast betting products and solutions in New Jersey and across the U.S.”
He added that BETER had already built a strong reputation globally, which helped secure the necessary approvals for its U.S. entry.
In addition to its U.S. debut, BETER has also strengthened its presence in Latin America, securing a service provider registration in Argentina. The registration was granted by the Lotería de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, the regulatory body for gambling in Buenos Aires City.
This move enables BETER to supply live streaming, data, and odds to all licensed operators in Argentina, allowing them to offer esports and sports betting products to local players.
BETER’s portfolio in Argentina will include the Setka Cup table tennis series, the ESportsBattle tournaments, and the BSKT Cup basketball league. Operators in Argentina will also have access to BETER’s Esports Odds Feed, which provides market-leading odds for more than 450 tournaments globally, with over 40,000 live and pre-match events each year. The service has an average operator margin of 7.5%+, ensuring competitive returns for operators.
BETER has also formed a strategic partnership with Playtech, a leader in gambling technology, to deliver esports content to Playtech’s extensive network of operators.
This partnership allows Playtech customers to access BETER’s comprehensive esports offerings, including the popular ESportsBattle tournaments. The deal will enable Playtech’s operator partners to offer an unparalleled esports betting experience, including over 35,000 events per month, with up to 50 markets per event, available 24/7.
