Casumo Signs an Agreement with Enteractive to Implement their Platform

Casumo and Enteractive have signed an agreement that will see Casumo implementing Enteractive’s tech platform (Re)Activation Cloud® that will serve as an extension of their CRM cycle. This implementation onto their CRM cycle is in place to boost activity and brand loyalty.

Thanks to this newly signed partnership with Enteractive, Casumo will be able to increase player retention and player loyalty, all through the innovative (Re)Activation plug-and-play service. They will also be able to add a more human touch to their Responsible Gaming efforts thanks to the Enteractive tech.

All of the company’s processes are built for operator compliance and player protection and are GDPR compliant.

Representatives from Casumo say that Enteractive was the only company that matched their needs of a reactivation service based on a human interaction. They said that the initial test campaign yielded very positive results and the from players exceeded their expectations.
