Dorothy Costa Appointed Global Head of People and Transformation at IGT

International Game Technology PLC (IGT) has chosen Dorothy Costa to serve as the new Global Head of People and Transformation, having previously served as IGT Vice President of People and Transformation for North America.

Costa has over 26 years of experience in human resources, including 22 years of experience in the lottery and gaming industry. The new role will give her strategic oversight for the IGT People and Transformation function, which includes all business unit senior people partners and the total rewards, diversity and inclusion, organization transformation and global services and talent management centres of excellence.

Mario Di Loreto, who previously held the position, will be transitioning from the IGT Executive Vice President of People and Transformation to the position of Executive Vice President, Senior Advisor to IGT CEO Marco Sala through the end of 2020.

A Pleasant Move

Representatives from IGT, who walked away with two ICE awards this past February, say that they are happy to have Costa as a part of their team as they continue going forward.
