EveryMatrix Moves Forward in SEK 209.8 Million Acquisition of Fantasma Games

With more than 95% of Fantasma Games’ shareholders accepting EveryMatrix’s public offer, the acquisition is set to proceed, marking a significant expansion for the iGaming giant. EveryMatrix first announced the SEK 209.8 million (€18.5 million) acquisition offer on September 18, proposing a purchase price of SEK 59 (€5.21) per share. Listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Sweden, Fantasma Games shareholders had from September 19 to October 10 to respond to the offer. The bid required at least 90% shareholder acceptance to proceed, a threshold that was sured with 95.2% agreeing to the deal.

These certifications underscore EveryMatrix’s commitment to high standards in both product quality and regulatory compliance.
