Evolution is capitalizing on that momentum by launching its latest creation, Red Door Roulette, in New Jersey and Delaware. Fusing mechanics from two of its globally acclaimed titles—Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time—this new live dealer game is designed to pull in players with its interactive structure and bonus-laden excitement.
First introduced on international platforms in 2023, Red Door Roulette now makes its long-awaited entrance into the US market, with additional state rollouts expected in the near future. The game serves as a striking example of how Evolution continues to merge classic casino frameworks with entertainment-style elements to draw a wider audience.
Unlike a traditional roulette title, Red Door Roulette begins with a unique twist: a slot-style round that can unlock between three and fifteen bonus numbers. When players hit one of these numbers after placing a bet, they gain access to the Crazy Time bonus round—a high-energy segment powered by a massive 64-slot wheel that guarantees multiplier prizes.
One of the game’s most potent features is its multiplier system. Players can see their winnings soar when multipliers—up to 20x—are applied to the Crazy Time bonus segments. If a player enters the bonus game through a winning bonus number that already carried a multiplier, all values on the wheel increase accordingly. This layering of rewards adds strategic depth and surprise to every spin.
The arrival of Red Door Roulette in Evolution’s broader North American growth plan. The company sees live dealer game shows not only as entertainment, but as an effective entry point for players unfamiliar with live casino formats.
“Our game shows are an excellent introduction for new players to live dealer gaming, and following the game’s success internationally, we look forward to seeing how players in New Jersey and Delaware embrace this unique game,” said Jacob Claesson, CEO of Evolution North America.“This is just the first phase of our tremendous live game roap for 2025, with a wide variety of new games coming soon to all regulated states.”
This US rollout comes on the heels of a mixed first quarter for Evolution. Despite reporting €520.9 million ($592.1 million) in revenue—up 3.9% year-over-year—profits slipped by 5.4% to €254.7 million. Even so, live casino titles remained the company’s cornerstone, generating €448.7 million in Q1 alone. Evolution has also expanded its physical infrastructure, including the opening of a third studio in New Jersey and a content partnership with Hard Rock.
As the company prepares to deploy more titles across US jurisdictions, Red Door Roulette stands as a preview of what’s to come in 2025. Game shows like Dream Catcher, Football Studio, and Crazy Time have already carved out a strong presence in the digital casino arena, and Evolution seems poised to build on that success with further innovations tailored for American players.
By weaving together familiar game formats with new interactive layers, Red Door Roulette captures the essence of Evolution’s approach—blending risk, reward, and theatrical flair into an immersive casino experience.
