Enteractive has signed a major deal with Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) that will see the Group’s flagship brands Rizk, Guts and Kaboo integrate with Enteractive’s reactivation platform.
These brands will be able to benefit from the platform and enhance their reactivation performance through the addition of the (Re)Activation Cloud® plug-and-play service, driven by human interaction to boost the operator’s P&L by activating inactive players.
Activating inactive players is done by having personalized conversations on the brand’s behalf, beginning where the CRM processes end. Automated services lack in empathy and high awareness of human complexity, and the (Re)Activation Cloud® plug-and-play service makes up for the lack of these factors in the interaction.
Enteractive’s services will improve GiG brands’ player retention rates and enhance the focus and further work on responsible gaming that has been earlier communicated by the Group.
Representatives from GiG, which recently obtained content from Stakelogic, say that they’ve expanded this partnership to cover all brands and markets. They are confident that the partnership will add value well into the future.
