GAN Confirms 10-Year Agreement with Wynn Resorts in Michigan

A leading B2B provider to the iGaming sector, including gambling solutions to the U.S. land-based casino industry, GAN plc, has announced a new partnership with Wynn Resorts, an American publicly traded corporation based in Paradise, Nevada.

According to the details of this agreement, Wynn has hired GAN to deliver its software solutions in internet sports betting and casino gaming business in the State of Michigan for a 10-year period.

Early Start in November

Under the of this historic agreement, GAN expects to go live with Wynn in Michigan in November 2020. The group will launch in approximately one month with the first regulated online gambling operators in the state, as certain regulatory approvals are still pending.

Furthermore, the Michigan trade will be a part of the market access agreement between GAN and the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians. This operator runs five casinos under the Kewadin Casinos brand in Michigan, Midwestern United States.

By utilizing and leveraging GAN’s U.S.-optimized enterprise software, Wynn Resorts aims to better position itself in the market and intensify its presence in the state of Michigan. There are three major conditions of the contract that should secure higher retention rates and efficiency in the online gaming sector, following the ongoing integration of online gaming activities:

  • integration capability

Furthermore, as one of the major national casino brands operating properties in Las Vegas and Boston Massachusetts, Wynn Resorts has a substantial database of players, including the Michigan region where the operator is moving towards internet gambling.

New Security Screening

Meanwhile, the world’s most reputable gambling corporation from Las Vegas has implemented a series of security measures, specifically developed to improve the guest safety program.

“Wynn Las Vegas is known for offering the best guest experiences.These changes to our security program are devised to ensure our guests can continue to enjoy those experiences in a relaxed and safe atmosphere,” said Marilyn Spiegel, president of Wynn Las Vegas.

What this means is that guests entering Wynn and Encore will be scanned for metal and hand-carried bags. The additional screening complements existing security measures to ensure that only ed guests are itted to the hotel towers. The resort has also expanded its number of uniformed Metro Police Officers and Wynn security officers.
