German Sports Betting Association Gets New Member: MoPlay Operator

The German Sports Betting Association (DSWE) has just extended its hip for another dedicated partner. This time sports gambling provider out of Gibraltar, MoPlay, has ed the association and became another exclusive member. German Sports Betting Association occupies some of the leading gaming providers including William Hill, Paddy Power Betfair, and Sky Bet.

MoPlay CEO Jürgen Reutter released the announcement this past week. According to his words:

“As a new member of the German Sports Betting Association, we are expressly committed to and we will participate in the discussion on the future regulation of sports betting. Our innovative product for betting with a focus on mobile devices, combined with our young brand will also be in growth drivers.”

Current Situation

is ready for changes in gambling legislation. DSWE Association is constantly working with regulators to define the framework of future legal instruments. Innovative gambling rules will come into force in January next year and remain into effect until June 2021. All these rules are predicted to be interim guidelines while the state looks for a long-term solution for the gambling sector.
