GiG Unveils SweepX with Primero Games for US Sweepstakes Casino Market

GiG’s determined expansion into new markets continues in 2019, as the sports betting company finalizes another content distribution agreement with Relax Gaming, open casino platform and games provider.
Malta-based parent company of popular gaming brands GUTS, Rizk, Betspin, Thrills and Kaboo is improving online performance by delivering proprietary games titles to the Relax Gaming platform, already available in many regulated markets.
The first release will go live in Q1 and GiG has also said that the agreement will have little or no impact on revenues in the current year. CEO, Daniel Eskola, comments:
“We are pleased to be opening 2019 with an agreement of this calibre, providing GiG Games with access to our partner network of more than 350 online casino brands to further enhance the range of content we offer to operators with GiG’s highly regarded games.
This agreement represents a significant milestone as we continue to deliver against our strategic ambitions, adding value to both our commercial proposition and global distribution.”
In the past previous months, Gaming Innovation Group has formed alliances with major eSports and iGaming services, including GLHF.GG, as well as Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.
As a result, players in New Jersey are able to place bets on sports including favorite American leagues in football, basketball, baseball, hockey and more. Playing online is also available on mobile devices via Hard Rock apps that cover the entire suite of sports betting services such as Sports Connect, Trader and Goal.
The company is looking to expand to other U.S. states in this year, according to Mathias Larsson, managing director at GiG, who adds:
“Relax Gaming is a very important strategic partner for GiG Games. They have a great platform and are serving most Tier 1 operators in the market with games. Adding our games to the Relax platform will give us access to all these operators and their end s in the quickest way possible.”
The provider launched its second title in November 2018, an in-house developed five-reel slot with ten paylines. The story follows exciting adventures of Lara Jones, archaeologist and treasure hunter, who has been sent on a quest to find the mystical Book of Souls, lost at an ancient Mayan temple.
The game was released only six weeks after the studio’s debut with Wild Reels. As part of the launch, GiG obtained MGA license and signed a partnership with Jade Rabbit – an independent software studio that will build future products for the company.
Gaming Innovation Group is also among the prestigious operators who have been granted a Swedish license, allowing it to launch in-house brands in the country’s newly regulated market.
Aside from reaching new landscapes, including Spain in early December, the group has also introduced its Pay N Play product, GutsXpress, a sub brand of GUTS. In January 2019, the sportsbook signed an arrangement with MegaLotto and entered the Lottery vertical as well.
Finnplay, an open gaming platform has also teamed up with the operator by integrating its highly-engaging content which is soon scheduled for launch. Find more headlines in our news category and don’t forget to comment!

These guys are really dominating the iGaming scene with so many strategic deals lately. Relax is a good provider, but not sure it’s one of the best though…
