Greentube Receives Global Gaming Guidance Group Certification

Greentube, the NOVOMATIC Interactive division is now the first Austrian supplier to receive the Global Gambling Guidance Group certification (G4) at the Responsible Gambling Week.

The certification is the world’s strictest international player protection standard. It covers all business verticals of a gaming company. The award recognizes the developer’s commitment and investment in responsible gambling and how effective the protection measures Greentube installed are. The certification applies across the NOVOMATIC Group and recognizes its achievements, both as an operator and a supplier of terrestrial slot arcades and casinos, sports betting, as well as online gaming and technology development.

Proven Measures

The responsible gambling measures the brand has laid out have undergone tests that include nearly 100 criteria by independent auditors. The auditors analyzed in-house guidance and codes of conduct, staff training on addiction prevention, age identification and youth protection.

The Novomatic division was also tested on the information available to customers on the risks of gaming, self-limitation tools and self-blocking options, which is a voluntary process.
