IGT Launches IGTPay™ Technology in Swedish Market

International Game Technology PLC (IGT) has announced that its IGTPay™ Technology has been launched in Sweden throughout Svenska Spel venues. The launch of this product allows for innovative cashless gaming.

Svenska Spel players are now able to easily and securely fund their play at Video Lottery Terminal from their mobile devices, thanks to the IGT’s INTELLIGEN™ systems product utilizing IGTPay™ technology.

The Swedish operator’s recent launch of IGT’s INTELLIGEN VLT system and Quasar® VLTs allows players to draw funds directly from their bank through Swish, which is the preferred method of mobile payment across the Swedish market. Players will be able to simply approve the transfer using their mobile devices and start enjoying their favorite video lottery terminal games. This whole process takes just a couple of seconds.
