MGM Resorts will be the first official partner of a professional football league, The Alliance of American Football. Scheduled to launch on February 9th, 2019 the partnership will ensure that MGM gets formal sports betting and sponsorship rights, both for the league and investors.
According to the agreement’s details, the gambling giant has reached a three-year sponsorship contract with The Alliance, classifying it as an exclusive gaming partner.
Thanks to the rapid development of new technologies, both founders of The Alliance, Charlie Ebersol and Bill Polian have claimed that the agreement with MGM will create a state-of-the-art betting experience for fans. Moreover, the league will be able to benefit from the operator’s knowledge with mobile gaming, as fans will also be granted access to live streaming for free.
Besides ing the mobile app, customers will be awarded with integrated gaming services within the app, primarily in those states where sports wagering is legal. Resorts chairman and CEO at MGM, Jim Murren said:

Ebersol added in an interview about the recently signed partnership with MGM that the main focus has always been to unite with best-in-class operators, since building a spring football league may as well change the landscape of professional sports.
