Microgaming Portfolio Live with Svenska Spel Sport & Casino in Sweden

Microgaming, one of the leading content providers in the iGaming industry, has announced that it has signed a deal with Svenska Spel Sport & Casino, a state-owned company operating in Sweden, one of the largest regulated markets for online gaming in Europe.

The deal states that the developer’s diverse portfolio of online casino content will go live with the Swedish company. Svenska Spel was founded in 1997 and is a leader in Swedish lottery, betting and casino gaming operators.

The Swedish market has been very important for Microgaming, which recently announced plans for a Game of Thrones slot, and its content has been live in Sweden since the new regulations came into effect on January 1, 2020. The supplier provides leading operators in Sweden with content, produced exclusively by its growing roster of independent studios.

Thanks to this deal, Svenska will be able to provide its players with engaging content from Microgaming. Slots such as Game of Thrones, Lara Croft Temples and Tombs, together with a mix of new and classic titles, such as Immortal Romance, Agent Jane Blonde Returns and Book of Oz are now available for players in Sweden.
