Microgaming Salutes 20th Anniversary in the Isle of Man

Microgaming is marking another milestone in its successful operation. The provider celebrates 20 years of activity in the Isle of Man.

The brand moved to the island in April 2001, and has ever since then invested in expanding its gaming portfolio and employing new people. The company has also been focused on improving its corporate social responsibility while contributing over £3.5m to local initiatives, involving £875,000 towards healthcare projects.

Microgaming launched CSR program PlayItForward in 2014, which has already ed a number of worthy causes and events based on the following priorities: People, Place, and Planet. The team is also working towards generous causes, having contributed more than 3,000 hours in volunteer time.

At the moment, the Microgaming team at the Isle of Man consists of more than 180 individuals, who work on various projects. The company has moved to new offices while further expanding the number of employees. Microgaming earned ISO 14001 environmental management system certification in 2020, to cement its commitment to sustainability.
