NetEnt has further extended their US reach with another deal limited to New Jersey exclusively. This time, they will be bringing their top-tier content to this state via DraftKings.
This partnership was already announced earlier this year. The company has said, back then that it is proud to achieve this deal that will increase their presence in NJ, having secure temporary license earlier.
For the time being, NetEnt’s latest offering will consist of new video slots and table games…
…which will form a staple of DraftKing’s online casino in New Jersey games get integrated as well.
The technical integration and testing is out of the way and NetEnt’s titles are now available to play at this online casino. This is a repeated feat from last month in Pennsylvania, where online gambling went live. Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has granted the supplier the interactive gaming manufacturers conditional license, and through its NetEnt Americas subsidiary, the company has made its long-awaited debut.
Managing director of this subsidiary, Erik Nyman, has said:
“DraftKings has a large player base and we are certain that they will enjoy our portfolio of casino games. Players in the US can also look forward to a very exciting roap of games to be launched during the rest of the year and beyond.
“We are very excited to have landed a deal with DraftKings. As the world leader in fantasy sports, with a large player base they will add a new dimension to the market, and we are confident that their players will enjoy our popular games,” was what Nyman said when the partnership was announced earlier this year.
As far as their PA endeavor goes, NetEnt’s games first went live with Penn National Gaming’s Hollywood Casino. This was followed by Parx Casino operated by Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment. This casino has a platform by Gan.
In July, NetEnt published a financial report for the first half of the year…
….in which it was revealed that they suffered a 3.4% decline in income during this period, chiefly due to compliance struggles on Nordic markets such as Sweden.
Among other things, operating profit for the company also went down 9.5% from the year prior. Therese Hillman, the company’s CEO, has reflected on this and said that long-term growth makes her optimistic about the future, as “we take the next step in developing our technical platform as we are creating an open platform with new types of functionality and aggregation of third-party content for operators, services that will be launched on a broader scale during 2020.”
The brand had premiered their brand-new slot title, Imperial Riches, which is the Asia-inspired game with a 5×3 grid and features such as Avalanche, Free Falls, The Lucky Pond and 5 different jackpots!
During the Avalanche feature…
…symbols will fall into position on the reels and when they form winning combos, they will light up and disappear, which leaves the space for a second Avalanche. The feature will keep going until there’s no more wins.
Free Falls will activate when three scatter symbols appear on three reels at random. This will activate ten extra spins but for every additional scatter landing anywhere, five more rotations will be triggered.
