Novomatic Adjusts to the COVID-19 Situation

Novomatic, the biggest operator in Austria, has implemented measures in order to be in compliance with the government’s strict regulations that are in place to prevent the further spread of the virus among the population.

In order to be in compliance with the regulations which the Austrian Government has put in place, Novomatic has instructed the majority of its staff to set up a home-office. Key points that deal with for customers and partners such as sales, tech and spare parts division, istrative departments like human resources, legal, ing and communications departments remain fully operative in order to continue providing and continue business as usual.

Adjusting Accordingly

Its team continues its work by still working together, adjusting to the new situation. Working from home, the team does its best to provide the best possible service and for customers and partners.

Representatives from Novomatic, which was recently honored at the Global Gaming Awards, say that this situation is completely new for everyone, including the iGaming industry. The company asserts its customers and partners that everyone remains fully available for their requests.
