Oryx Gaming, successful and prominent software developer, has had a tremendously successful first half of the year. In unprecedented fashion, the brand has struck deals with 21 new operators during this period, which increased their overall number of clients to 65.
During the six months leading to June 30th, Oryx also agreed content deals with several other operators that are due to launch their games in the second half of the year, such as Gaming Innovation Group and Aposta.la.
Betsson, Unibet, Genesis, Wplay, EnergyCasino, Meridianbet…
…these are only some of the operators among 21 mentioned that became Oryx’s partners during first six months of the year.
Matevž Mazij, managing director, said of this milestone:
“We built a great deal of momentum in the first half of the year, and we’re on track to continue the pace for the second half of the year.
In addition to launching 21 new operators between January and June of 2019, we’ve also signed 24 new contracts to be integrated with Oryx Hub over the second half of the year. With the recent upgrade of the Oryx Hub, which offers content aggregation, product integration and a smart marketing platform, we anticipate even better results for the operators that we’ve signed, and plan to launch over the coming months.”
Oryx – a subsidiary of Toronto-based, Bragg Gaming Group, has its platform and content already implemented in a number of regulated global markets such as the UK, Malta, Sweden, Schleswig-Holstein, Romania, Spain, Colombia, Serbia, Croatia and Czech Republic.
In May, the company posted a set of quarterly results and a total revenue of $7.9 million. In the three months leading to March 31st, revenue was increased by a staggering 203% year-on-year – $9.2 million in total.
In July…
…the company entered into an agreement with Novomatic’s subsidiary, Stakelogic. The two came together during iGB Live in Amsterdam.
The company’s Chief Executive Officer comments:
“We are proud to add Oryx to our list of partners and to be able to reach a wider audience with our portfolio of games.”
Prior to that, a content deal was signed with Swedish gaming studio, OMI. Oryx’s aggregated platform has since implemented OMI’s portfolio of games to their aggregation platform. This particular partnership is part and parcel of Oryx’s general plan to invest in the newly regulated Swedish gaming market.
OMI Gaming’s CEO, Andre Orefjard, said of the deal:
“ORYX is a strong partner for us and is a perfect fit for our growth strategy going forward. We will continue to develop games with a focus on what the players really want; world-class slots entertainment built on successful math models and mechanics.”
