According the Parimatch’s Chief HR Officer, Parimatch has focused on expanding and investing in management and Research & Development personnel. The company became one of the most visible online betting companies in the world thanks to its high-profile brand ambassadors like Mike Tyson, Conor McGregor and the Shevchenko sisters.
In the light of recent developments where the company strengthened its marketing strategy and at the same time sought growth opportunities and boosted product development, Parimatch enhanced its 2,000 staff with three new appointments…
…the company welcomed new Chief Revenue Officer, Evgen Belousov, and new Chief Product Officer, Sergey Berezhnoy, and promoted Ivan Laishenko to Chief Marketing Officer. The goal at the company is to bolster its ranks as a “strong, brave, innovative and fast-growing brand which keeps its word,” no matter on which market it operates across the globe.
Commenting on these new developments, Chief HR Officer at Parimatch, Tatyana Davydova, said: “We cannot get complacent and allow our success to be dictated by market conditions. Instead, we must always be looking to the future and relentlessly focusing on innovation. For this reason, we are on the lookout for great talent who can help us achieve our ambitious goals, and aren’t afraid to push boundaries to drive growth. Our recent appointments embody all of these qualities, as well as being experts in their field.”
Davydova believes that the key to maintaining not only great client relations but helping drive revenue and ensuring continued growth business is their motto “people are at the heart of the organization.” She continued on to say that a talented, happy and engaged employee produces a happy and engaged customer.
“As a responsible employer, we take our duty of care towards our people very seriously, and they in turn show the same duty of care to our customers. It means they are more likely to go above and beyond their assigned responsibilities, giving our customers a great experience when they bet with us.” – said Davydova.
Being a highly recognizable brand in the industry, Parimatch is very much aware of the suffering of the gaming and betting industry brought on by negative comments in certain countries over the years. These negative comments resulted in issues when meeting with prospective employees. According to Davydova, there are no good industries and bad ones, only companies that acts and engages with their people and the communities they operate in. This is what sets industry leaders apart.
Hiring new people to the company, the brand has come across these negative perceptions of the gambling industry.
“Parimatch is a responsible business and so it is up to us to try and change this attitude. On a more positive note, we do see a lot of people who are interested in building a career in the betting sector, and see it as a dynamic, growing and exciting industry,” added Davydova.
Concluding on the topic, Davydova said that in light of their ongoing focus on R&D and building up their management team, she believes that is clear that the brand takes its company values very seriously. She also said that only recently a group of managers came together to discuss what Parimatch stands for, which is an exciting process in its early stages and it is bound to have a big impact on the business going forward.

Having those famous brand ambassadors worked out and I’m glad they are taking an interest in what the company stands for.
