Playtech Live with RoboCop

Playtech has gone live with a new slot! The title is RoboCop, and it’s themed after the film of the same name, which premiered back in the 1980s. The leading Omni-channel gaming brand earned the rights to launch the title via a partnership with MGM Interactive Inc.

For those who have never seen the film, it focuses on a bionic policeman brought back to life after having been shot and killed by a gang. The slot stays true to the theme, featuring the main character, himself, along the reels which are set in Detroit, along with added features and free game modes.

The game offers up 5 reels and 25 paylines, with bets starting out at 25p a spin. Players have the opportunity to receive extra wilds on any spin, while also racking up multipliers worth up to 5x the stake. In total, there are 8 bonus features to look forward to, with four triggered randomly during the base game.

According to Playtech’s Casino Director, James Frendo, “Many players will have grown up watching this iconic film which none of us will forget for its, non-stop action sequences and the incredible presence and sounds of RoboCop himself.”
