PointsBet and Evolution Gaming Achieve US Live Casino Launch

PointsBet, online gambling operator, and Evolution Gaming, have agreed to provide live dealer games to the US market in order to ramp up their online casino offering.

According to the of the deal, PointsBet will gain exclusive access to Evolution’s classic table games, online poker and other branded content that is based on a gameshow as a part of their New Jersey-facing online casino offering.

The Deal is On

The operator announced, earlier this morning, that it was to enter New Jersey’s iGaming market through a primary skin agreement with twin River Worldwide Holdings. It plans to launch an online casino platform in New Jersey.

Indiana and Iowa are also states in which PointsBet is operating. In them, retail and online sports betting are restricted.

Chief Information Officer, Seth Young, said:

“We are thrilled to partner with Evolution to launch live casino technology in US jurisdictions, where we plan to offer our proprietary online casino platform. The addition of Evolution live casino extends the appeal of PointsBet’s product in the rapidly growing US market.”

Sebastian Johannisson, Evolution’s CCO, added:

“Evolution’s live casino portfolio offers PointsBet a rich mix of world-leading online live casino games including classic table games, online Poker variants that are big favourites with US players, and our new generation of award-winning, record-breaking game show games.

In addition, PointsBet will have the option of exclusively branded dedicated tables and environments, should they require these.”

Recent Events

Earlier this month…

…PointsBet formed a partnership with Kroenke Sports and Entertainment which owns several sports properties in Colorado, such as Colorado Avalanche (NHL franchise), Denver Nuggets (NBA) and Colorado Rapids (MLS).

The operator will serve as the exclusive gaming partner for some of these teams.

Elsewhere, Evolution Gaming signed a deal with Intralot. As part of the deal, Evolution will provide Intralot with live dealer content across the brand’s International locations.
