The Swedish slot supplier, Quickspin that belongs to Playtech Group has entered the regulated Italian market with an agreement with PokerStars, one of the top brands in the online gaming industry.
Thanks to this agreement, the players will have access to some of the famous Quickspin titles that are already available on the market such as:
These are only some of the examples. It is important to mention that players will have a chance to enjoy some future releases planned by the supplier as well.
According to Daniel Lindberg, the company’s CEO, this has been one of the most important moves by the company in the recent past. He went on to say: “We are delighted to have secured a deal with Pokerstars. Going live with them is exciting for us and continues our exciting plans for expansion.”
“We live and breathe slots and are ionate about what we do. Our mission is to create ones that players love, and we’re looking forward to taking the country by storm with some of our most exciting games,” finished the CEO.
This provider is known for various software products and they have a record braking year so far.
The Stockholm and Malta-based developer has released some entertaining titles in 2018 one of which is Eastern Emeralds, which EGR considers to be the “Game of the Year.” Speaking of this game, it comes with one of the highest multiplier of all games in the industry.
It didn’t take long for Quickspin to establish itself as one of the leading companies in the gaming industry. The brand was founded in 2011…
…but its potential was recognized in 2016 when Playtech acquired it!
And as its parent company, Playtech has had a notable year. While Quickspin is focused on slot releases and thinking of new ways to entertain the slot players…
…Playtech was working on an important partnership with Fortuna.
The two companies managed to expand the that will see full integration of the supplier’s IMS player management systems on FEG platforms in several countries in central and south-eastern Europe.
Months before Quickspin went live in Italy, Playtech also made some moves in this country. By the end of this year, the acquisition of Snaitech will be completed and this has been confirmed earlier in the year by a Playtech representative.
The financial market regulators have allowed the company to obtain the remaining 19 percent stake. Due to the excellent financial results, the management team will be kept after the acquisition is completed.
As Quickspin looks for further opportunities to grow and expand to the regulated markets around the world, they are changing things in-house. In November this year, they have appointed Thomas Rhys Jones as Management Head…
…and his job will be to oversee the management team.
Jones stated: “I am excited by the new challenge. Quickspin has already established itself as one of the market’s top suppliers, and I’m looking forward to taking their business to the next level. It’s an exciting time for the firm, and I’m thrilled to be a part of it.”
