Raketech Appoints New CFO and New Head of Business Development

Raketech Group Holding PLC has appointed their current Chief Financial Officer, Andreas Kovacs, as their new Director of Business Development and appointed Måns Svalborn as the new CFO.

This decision was made in order to boost the implementation of the company’s growth strategy.

Svalborn will be ing the company in this new role November 11th and will initially work together with Kovacs to ensure a seamless transition into the position

Svalborn is currently employed as the CFO of Credorax Bank. He previously held positions in the Maltese bank’s executive management team in charge of Financial Control and Financial Operations.

A Positive Arrangement

The representatives at Raketech are happy to welcome their new CFO. They are confident that this new appointment will continue building strong long-term shareholder value.

Kovacs stated that as CFO, his assignment was to prepare the company for the IPO and since then has gradually focused more on the company’s growth strategy and expansion work. This became his ion and he is happy to be able to fully commit himself to that through his role as Director of Business Development.

“Andreas has played an instrumental role in professionalizing our finance department and built the foundation for our public disclosure as a listed company, while at the same time optimizing the capital structure and working hard with potential M&A cases. As we are increasing the focus on geographical expansion and other growth initiatives, Andreas identified the need for someone to give this area its full attention. Given his experience, we believe it is optimal to have Andreas entering this role,” Michael Holmberg added.
