Relax Gaming Announces New CEO and CCO

Innovative content provider and aggregation platform, Relax Gaming, has chosen Tommi Maijala to be its new Chief Executive.

Maijala’s predecessor, Daniel Eskola will be stepping into a new role as the developer’s new Chief Commercial Officer.

Maijala’s professional background will bring new expertise to the brand. He has great knowledge about the gambling industry, having held positions of Director and CEO of the iGame Group, which grew and achieved great success with him at helm of the company.

After Kindred acquired iGame in 2015, Maijala was appointed to the position of Chief Commercial Officer in Malta on December, and led the Group’s operations in , the United Kingdom and Australia.

Eskola has been leading the company as CEO for the last 18 months and has overseen a period of significant growth. He will now be directing the company’s commercial strategy as its new CCO and his focus will land on market entries and securing bigger strategic partnerships.

With Maijala and Eskola leading the teams, the supplier will set itself as a key entity in the market. The division of responsibilities between the two will allow for more time and dedication in multiple business areas.
