Resorts Las Vegas has just revealed more data about a casino project, built in cooperation with Malaysian producer, Genting Group. The entire complex value is $4.3 million and it will include a 5,000-capacity theater, a 75,000-square-foot space for nightlife, a 50-foot diameter video globe that will feature more than 6,000 square feet of LED material as well as luxurious villas, suites and sky casino.
According to the plans, the Resorts Las Vegas opening is projected for Summer 2021, which is later than expected. However, all the new complex will combine classic and modern construction while featuring Asian-inspired moments and offering first-class services.
Commenting on the expecting opening, president of Resorts World Las Vegas, Scott Sibella, said:
“Our team has been working diligently to perfect the vision for Resorts World Las Vegas and we are excited to begin sharing that concept with Las Vegas and the greater hospitality communities. We believe Resorts World’s unique design and commitment to providing cutting-edge amenities and captivating experiences, is the foundation to curating a thoughtful resort experience that aims to redefine the luxury hotel standard in Las Vegas.”
The new venue will not only include entertainment venues and guest room enhancements, but also a variety of facilities and amenities, including a world-class 110,000-square-foot casino with poker room, and a 14,000-square-foot amusement Zone, where players will enjoy racing and sportsbook together with increased level of live entertainment.
It will also include a duo of towers with 3,500 rooms, 350,000 square feet of space for meetings, a 27,000-square-foot luxurious spa, 220,000-square-foot pool and a stunning 1,800-square-foot pool overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. Additionally, visitors will enjoy a 100,000-square-foot West Tower LED and 19,000-square-foot East Tower LED screen as well as a dedicated food and beverage area including different cuisine options. More details about the complex are soon to be announced. We only know that LV Resort expenses would be about $4.3 billion which will make it one of the most costly Vegas projects in history. At the moment, the most expensive complex in the area is the Cosmopolitan with $4.18 value, while Wynn LV costs were about $3.26.
