The National Council of Legislators from Gaming States announced the agenda and opened registration for the 2020 Winter Meeting. The huge event takes place January 10-12 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina.

Similar to previous meetings, this one will also gather numerous respectable representatives who will be discussing the diversity of burning topics from various fields.

… the event-packed agenda for the three-day NCLGS Winter Meeting includes legislative committee hearings that will focus legal, regulatory, operational segments related to sports betting, lottery, and casino (commercial and tribal). The names of keynote speakers will be announced in October.
The cutting-edge schedule is agenda based on the of dozens of legislators from across the country, aiming to address addresses vital issues that legislatures and other involved parties need to consider as they strive to understand the many facets of gaming.
The NCLGS Winter Meeting agenda will be hosting six legislative committee sessions dealing with the following segments:

Some of the fields to discuss include compliance and KYC issues, problem-gambling, entity wagering and more.
This topic was the main one to discuss during the Summer Meeting this year.
National Council of Legislators from the Gaming States is the only organization of state lawmakers that holds meetings regularly to discuss issues relating to gaming. of this organization play the roles of chairpersons or of state legislative committees whose responsibility is the regulation of gaming in their state legislative houses.
This institution neither promotes nor opposes gaming, but focuses primarily on the regulation and economic and social impacts of the industry. The NCLGS Foundation is the educational and research arm of NCLGS.
