Scientific Games Inks Four-Year Technology Deal with LOTTO Bayern

Scientific Games Corporation (SG), the leading US-based provider of gambling products and services has signed a four-year partnership with Staatliche Lotterieverwaltung (LOTTO Bayern), the state lottery operator for the Province of Bavaria in .

The deal states that the provider will use its expertise to migrate LOTTO Bayern’s existing gaming system to its advanced SYMPHONY technology during the next year.

SYMPHONY is SG’s latest digital lottery business platform, specifically designed to new channels and easily integrate third-party solutions through secure, open interfaces. The deal also states that the provider will supply its retail technology, instant games, sports betting and other online services to LOTTO Bayern.

Representatives from SG, which has seen success since the start of this year, say that LOTTO Bayern has a long-standing partnership with the company and that the new agreement will help the operator boost operations and drive maximum profits for beneficiaries.

Officials from LOTTO Bayern say that SYMPHONY will accelerate time-to-market for new products and services and integrate new solutions and new games.
