Scientific Games Renews Partnership with Danske Spil

World-famous American Corporation, Scientific Games, which provides gambling products and services to lottery and gambling organizations all around the globe…

…has officially announced the g of a new partnership deal with Danske Spil.

Scientific Games has been a partner of the Danish national lottery operator for many years, so this agreement is actually just an extension of the business relationship of these two companies that started way back in 2012.

Details on the New Agreement

According to this newly-signed partnership agreement, the SG Digital division will establish a wide range of brand-new features…

…that would enhance the already existent sportsbook offering of the Danish lottery operator.

Also, this new business deal between SG and Danske Spil is based on a so-called revenue share model. What does that mean?

Well, the division of the Danish operator called, Danske Licens Spil, that competes in the regulated Danish online gambling market, will have the opportunity to deploy brand-new product features from SG Digital as soon as they are released to the public.

SG’s Officials Pleased with the Extension

“We are excited to expand our relationship with Danske Spil, a long-term partner that shares our ion for delivering engaging and intuitive sports betting experiences,” SG Digital’s senior vice president of sportsbook and platforms, Keith O’Loughlin, said.

“Since the start of our partnership in 2012, Danske Spil has grown and retained their position of leadership in the Danish market, and we now look forward to ing Danske Spil in creating enriched, memorable experiences for their players,” O’Loughlin added.

A Word from a Danske Spil Executive

“We are very happy to continue our relationship with SG Digital. This partnership will continue to form the core of our sportsbook offering moving forward,” Niels Erik Folmann, Chief executive of Danske Licens Spil said in an official announcement.

New Business Ventures for Scientific

The Nevada-based company has also recently partnered up also with Lotto Brandenburg. This new deal consists of an agreement to become a supplier of next-generation WAVE retail point-of-sale terminals and software.

The German Lottery and Scientific signed a new, five-year contract for their services with an opportunity to extend it to five more years. It is interesting that SG has been a business partner to all 16 German lotteries for a very long time…

…while providing Lotto Brandenburg with their services ever since 1996.

The new agreement consists of the deal that Scientific will provide Lotto Brandenburg with high-end and modern software, as well as a number of 700 WAVE retail point-of-sale terminals.
