Wazdan and Fitzdares Expand Gaming Offerings in Canada Through Light & Wonder

SoftSwiss, an online gaming software expert and one of the trailblazers of crypto gambling solutions, has once again confirmed its pioneering spirit, becoming the first-ever company to obtain a B2B license in the Canadian jurisdiction via the Tobique Gaming Commission (TGC) and Differentia Licensing Advisory Group Limited (DLAG).
The license is valid for one year, covering different categories of real-money wagering activities, including casino games, sports, and lottery. All licensees can take advantage of the efficient application process, reasonable costs, and quick acquisition to grow their businesses and establish a strong presence on a global scale.
SoftSwiss, who recently upgraded its award-winning Casino Platform by integrating AI into the Event Streaming feature, has further expanded its reach in North America, adding one more B2B license to its impressive portfolio.
Currently, SoftSwiss holds three international licenses issued by the respective gaming authorities of Curacao, Kahnawake, and Isle of Man. In addition to that, the company has six national licenses: in Romania, Serbia, Estonia, Greece, Nigeria, and Ghana. The latter is actually a B2C license and covers only the sportsbook platform.
A sovereign indigenous community from western New Brunswick, Canada, the Tobique First Nation is a new gambling jurisdiction that has just started its activities regulated by the Tobique Gaming Act of 2023. The Tobique Gaming Commission advocates responsible and transparent gaming practices, whilst simultaneously enriching the economic development of the Nation.
Yuri Sharapa, Head of Country Projects at SOFTSWISS, said:
“Acquiring a new license is a remarkable achievement for us, signifying our dedication to offering our clients a diverse range of options. We extend our gratitude to the Tobique Gaming Commission for their trust and stringent standards. We are proud to announce that one of the companies under the SOFTSWISS brand has become the first company to secure the B2B Tobique Gaming Licence”.
Graham Martin, Chairman of DLAG, said:
“The DLAG team is pleased to announce that the first Tobique Licence has been granted. The Licensee is under the tier-1 international brand, SOFTSWISS, in our industry, recognized for its leading products and services. These are exciting times for both the gaming world and Tobique!”
March was a very successful month at SoftSwiss, with the company receiving many prestigious awards for its products and services. The brand won two categories at the Asia Gaming Awards, bringing home trophies for being recognized as Best One-Stop Platform Solution and Best Marketing Solution.
Somewhat earlier, it triumphed at the EGR Nordics Awards in the very competitive category of Software Supplier of the Year.
Today, more than 860 betting operators employ SoftSwiss software to deliver an ultimate player experience to over six million players from different parts of the world. Amazingly, 80% of the company’s clients are satisfied with its products and services, according to a recent survey carried out by the renowned marketing agency Kantar.
Last month was also marked by reaching another milestone when the SoftSwiss game aggregator hit a new record of 20,000 various titles.
