Bonuses and Promotions

When it comes to selecting an online venue to play at, the first thing any seasoned punter will look at is the bonuses.

This is because they’re a good way to gauge whether or not the venue takes player satisfaction seriously and how far are they willing to go to achieve it.

All the good venues know this and they adjust their welcome and other promotions accordingly. After all, you only get to make one first impression. And in today’s hyper-competitive igaming market a venue doesn’t have a long time wow a prospective punter.

CryptoReels is…

…as the name implies a Bitcoin-friendly casino. This versatile and anonymous way to pay online has been picking up a lot of steam in the last few years. If you haven’t heard of it, you must have been living under a rock.

And if that’s the case, here’s a quick explanation. Cryptocurrencies are a digital currency that isn’t backed by governments or any central authority but by complex cryptography operations. This ensures nobody really controls the currency and it can be used freely and anonymously.

No wonder then that it has become so popular with punters, that casinos are now popping up and putting the word “crypto” in their names.

That’s also why…

this venue has some bonuses that are specific to using Bitcoin as the deposit method.

But let’s start from the beginning with the welcome offer. It’s quite a big one and it’s all about deposit matching. But that’s not the end of this hefty offer because if you choose to deposit with Bitcoin you get a little something more in the form of an extra chip of bonus cash to use when wagering.

In addition to this, there is a different bonus for every day of the week. They all take the form of different types of deposit matching or extra spins but unlike bonuses that can be used just once most of these can be activated several times and there’s a couple that can actually be activated an unlimited number of times.

Sadly, this casino has to come with a caveat…

because while the bonuses are excellent, there’s something you should know before deciding to play.

This USA-friendly venue and its sister sites Lucky Red and All Star Slots, all operated by the Club World Group, have been put on a warning list.

The final choice is always yours, but you should be advised to be careful with this venue.

Games Overview

When it comes to games, the prevailing wisdom in the igaming industry is that an operator should get as many different operators on board in order to make sure their catalog of offerings is varied and full of different themes and approaches.

A balanced selection of big names like Microgaming, NetEnt, and Real Time Gaming and smaller studios could be key to keeping punters engaged and interested in all the different titles these providers over.

CryptoReels has gone in a different direction, however. Instead of a variety of partners, they only carry games from one provider – Real Time Gaming. That seems to be the case for slots, while the table games bear the casino’s logo and are probably sourced through a white-label deal.

Another side effect of this kind of arrangement is that there are no live games on this site. So fans of real human dealers in games like blackjack and roulette will have to look elsewhere to get their fix.

Essentially…

the entire slot line-up is from RTG and contains games such as Storm Lords, T-Rex II, Halloween Treasures, 777, Mermaid’s Pearls, The Mariachi 5 and many others.

The games are all listed alphabetically, and RTG being such an established name and a prolific developer, there are plenty of them in different themes and gameplay styles.

Still, we can’t help but feel we’d rather play somewhere where there’s more of a selection. While RTG certainly offers plenty of games, punters who play here will still miss out on some of the hottest titles from other developers.

Mobile Casino

As far as the mobile side of things goes, this venue has it on lock. Mobile sites may have been something new and interesting 10 years ago when smartphones were just getting popular but these days it’s certainly nothing to write home about.

Can you gamble in this venue on your mobile phone? Of course, you can. It would be strange if you couldn’t.

RTG is one of the leaders in game development and has transitioned to HTML5-based frameworks meaning the vast majority of games should work on mobile devices (we obviously aren’t able to test every single game but luckily the venue does allow demoing the games, so you can try a title and see if it works well on a mobile before dropping any money on it) such as smartphones and tablets.

Winding it Up

CryptoReels presents us with a bit of a challenge. While the site itself has many good things going for it, such as the very good welcome offer and the daily bonuses for each day of the week, the elephant in the room is that they are owned by Club World Group.

This group’s current standing in the igaming community is not exactly stellar, with LCB reporting many complaints from punters and subsequently placing their properties on their rogue casino list.

Should you play there? For now, no. Between these issues, the fact that there is no loyalty program, and that only games from one developer can be played there are much better venues.

We certainly hope the company will change course in the future, and better it’s standing and once this happens CryptoReels will become a good destination that’s both US-friendly and lets people deposit with Bitcoin.

Has anybody ever played crypto reels Casino and are they legit? I’m requesting a payout and it’s my first one my is approved KYC I know they had some issues with club world a while back. I’m just wondering if they’ve changed their ways as far as paying out players.

I gotta agree with Randy Whites comment. Because Honestly i also was a little surprised to see this one blacklisted.I can't speak for anyone else but I can say that I deposited twenty bucks with a like 250% bonus standard issue stuff. I accidentally bought the buy bonus for doragons gems on the 1$ spin amount (100$ cost) and won like eight thousand dollars off it too. I was worried sick with anxiety that they were gonna axe me at the last step of a withdraw by saying that 100$ bonus buy amount counted as me going over the 5$ max bet limit. (Like HIGHWAY CASINO did to me)But they didn't. This casino paid me out a couple thousand dollars worth of bitcoin on a twenty dollar deposit I did in april-may of 2023 ish.. true story

I'm very surprised to see the status of this casino. Although I have not played here for a while this is the only casino that I HAVE EVER PLAYED AT that I actually won the RANDOM JACKPOT on. I was playing Achilles and won the $2,400 random jackpot. When it came to cashing out I verified my very quickly and was paid via bitcoi within 24 hours. To me thus seems like an un accurate of thus casino. I loved it!

Despite reading the negative reviews from here, this is one of the ONLY RTG casinos that's ever paid me out from winnings off a free chip. RTG are not my favorite casinos so rarely dseposit and this is one of the few that I will.
