Greentube’s Player Protection Upgraded with Neccton’s Systems

NOVOMATIC Interactive division, has signed a partnership with Neccton to utilize its new AI-based Responsible Gaming solution, mentor, across its consumer-facing casino portfolio.

The improved player protection will first launch with IRAL Casino UK, with more real-money gaming brands to follow. The solution will allow Greentube to identify problem gambling in real-time and interact with players by showing harmful behaviour.

Greentube, which recently signed a distribution partnership with Tecnalis, will be able to track specific metrics thanks to the mentor back-office. These metrics indicate when somebody is spending more than they can afford, chasing losses, in-session deposits, failed deposits and cancelled withdrawals. It also alerts operators if certain markets of harm are surfacing.

A Key Upgrade

Representatives from Greentube say that this upgrade is an important step for the UK business and that they are looking forward to evaluating behavioural findings.
