GVC Holdings Appoints Jatte Nygaard-Andersen to the Non-Executive Director Position

GVC Holdings’ board of directors has decided to appoint Jette Nygaard-Andersen to be the independent non-executive director for the company.

Nygaard-Andersen is currently holding a board seat of Copenhagen-listed Coloplast AS. She also serves as a member of the remuneration and nomination committees. She is also a member of the Astralis Group A/S board, in international esports organization and Astralis Group has recently been listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Denmark.

Representatives from GVC say that this appointment extends the breadth and depth of the Board’s collective experience and international outlook and that they are looking forward to her contribution given her extensive experience.

We look forward to her contribution given her extensive experience in consumer-facing businesses in the entertainment, media and technology sectors.”

An Experienced Individual

Nygaard-Andersen has over 20 years of experience in holding leadership and operational roles in media, entertainment and digital business in general. She also worked on building and operating DTC and OTT streaming services across multiple European countries.

Before she ed the Modern Times Group AB, Nygaard-Andersen held the position of senior strategy consultant at Accenture, offering advice to clients in the telecommunications, media and entertainment sectors.
