Playtech subsidiary and a renowned producer of casino software, Quickspin, has rolled out its latest slot product – The Grand. The game combines elements of Art Deco design and fast-paced features filled with oodles of excitement.
This volatile addition to the portfolio does not only combine classic and modern, but offers hours of thrill thanks to its many potentials – players can win 2901,5 times their bet! As a matter of fact, the provider has artfully blended several innovative features and integrated them in one game.
The whole concept is based on a six-reel layout that triggers the Synced Reels mode, as well as the Random Wilds feature when 8 wild symbols kick in. There is also the Nudge feature that can activate casino spins and bonus modes.
The company’s strategy towards slots development is based on creating innovative offerings with gamification elements, such as last year’s Ark of Mystery, Eastern Emeralds, Tiger’s Glory and Ivan and the Immortal King.
Chief product officer, Erik Gullstrand, issued an official statement:
“We wanted to create a classic slot with a sophisticated look, something elegant that would make you think of black-tie events, ballrooms filled with beautiful people and expensive jewellery. And we wanted to combine this classic look with contemporary features and a thrilling gaming experience, to create something completely unique and original!
We’re very excited to release this third game of the year and our players are in for a real treat! Five of the gamification tools in our outstanding Quickspin Promote catalogue will be available from day one.”
Now producing games at a faster rate than ever before, Quickspin is establishing itself as one of the leading development studios. With licenses in several jurisdictions and award-winning content, it also represents a “market-changing shift in quality,” attracting more and more players worldwide.
Gullstrand recently published an interview, where he explains his rise through the ranks, giving many thanks to Mats Westerlund and Joachim Timmermans, as well as Daniel Lindberg, studio’s executive team.
Gullstrand explains:
“I was part of the company from its very early days, was very ambitious and keen to do as much as I could, and all three of them have been very helpful in providing such opportunities. It’s something that I try to continue when I see talented people within the company.”
O adds:
“It was difficult, as it was totally new to me, but I quickly came to enjoy it and learned a lot. It’s a testament to how great Quickspin’s founders are that this isn’t part of a conscious strategy; it’s just the way they do business.”
