Scientific Games to Provide Instant Games to Connecticut Lottery Corporation

Scientific Games Corporation (SG), the renowned games supplier has been awarded a five-year contract to provide the Connecticut Lottery Corporation with its instant games, making it its primary provider.

The agreement allows Scientific Games to expand its instant game partnership with the Connecticut Lottery, increasing the percentage of its games in the Lottery’s portfolio. Making SG its primary provider is a part of Connecticut Lottery’s strategy to maximize profits and contribute to the state’s General Fund.

The developer has been supplying the Connecticut Lottery with instant games for more than 40 years and is now its systems and retail technology provider.

Continuing the Collaboration

Representatives from the Connecticut Lottery Corporation say that the developer has a perfect track record of providing top-performing instant games and that they are looking forward to continuing the close collaboration.

Greg Smith, CEO of the lottery, said – “Scientific Games has a strong record of providing high-quality instant games and valuable recommendations for managing instant game portfolios for lotteries. We look forward to working closely with the Scientific Games team.”

The Connecticut Lottery, which recently took steps toward legalizing sports betting, was founded in 1971 and since then has contributed $10 billion in funding, ing many valuable programs and causes in the state.
